The service writer who handled my appointment, was not very helpful. First he said it would be 1 1/2 hrs for my oil change (I had an appointment and was a little early for it). When I asked why, he said that there were already a couple cars back there. I explained that we had made an appointment and it shouldn’t take more than an hour. I had other things to do that day and didn’t plan for that long for my service. It ended up taking 1 hr and 20 minutes. It seems to me, they want you to made appointments for service but then don’t act like that makes a difference. Not the way I would run a service department. A different service writer did check me out and he was helpful. I didn’t get either of their names I’m sorry to say. More

I liked how my car was serviced. What I didn’t like was I didn’t hear from anyone about my car until I called. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I dropped off my car the night before. It was 12:30 pm and no one had called me to let me know what was wrong with my car until I called. At that time, my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I was told by Kevin that he would check with the mechanics and give me a call back. Kevin called back about 30 minutes later to let me know what the problem was and that it would be fixed in about an hour. I feel like if I hadn’t called when I did, my car would’ve continued to sit there. It shouldn’t have taken three hours to look at my car with a 9:15 am appointment. More
