In summary: Very nice people, excellent shuttle service and price was very comparable to other local shops. Now the details: I was expecting a high price just because they are a dealer but our scheduled and price was very comparable to other local shops. Now the details: I was expecting a high price just because they are a dealer but our scheduled service price was pretty much the same as other quotes we had. If you are like me and thought dealer service pricing would be out of your financial realm, you might be wrong. I suggest you get a quote from these guys and I really would suggest you take into account the convenience of the free shuttle service, the free snacks and drinks and the courteous staff. You cannot go wrong with all of that. This is the second time we have gone there for basic routine maintenance and both experiences have been extremely positive. Now I have not used them for major services so if you get major work done please post your review, I would be curious as well how they compare on major repairs. Thanks, Marra More
Don’t waste your time calling them 2 minutes before they close. They stop when the clock hits 6. Rude service in a rush not sure why they bothered to answer the phone! I would not recommend this dealership for any purchase or service. In Oct 2019 I put 5k down to purchase a 2020 Corvette. Since then there was absolutely no communication by Summit city management or sales s service. In Oct 2019 I put 5k down to purchase a 2020 Corvette. Since then there was absolutely no communication by Summit city management or sales staff to me through the strike shutdown, COVID shutdown and model year changes but one time in August 2020 to tell me I would get a 2021 for a 2020 price. When they released my allocation to GM for production no one called to update me or allow me to update my options on the ONCE IN A LIFETIME PURCHASE. I was called by the corvette museum in December to finalize my delivery and cslled the dealership to ask about the status of my car. They said they did not know. I was larer told they finalized my order without any communication to me. As of today, I have not had any attempt from the General Manager Austin Asbury or the owner to make me want to come back to the dealership for another purchase or service.....All Austin said was he was sorry I felt this way and those things were out of his control because of GM. It's awful funny how other dealerships knew about the status of production and relayed it via YouTube but not Summit City. This is my final word onnthe subject. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. To summit city please change my mind. More
I cannot express the disappointment after reading the “great reviews” from this dealer. I had gotten an online quote from a sales lady in the City Ford but was met in the used lot by one from City Chevy. “great reviews” from this dealer. I had gotten an online quote from a sales lady in the City Ford but was met in the used lot by one from City Chevy. I was quoted a fair price for the vehicle as it had high miles and needed 3k worth of work. City Ford was giving me the fair price with the work needed on the vehicle. A 2012 Ford Explorer with 165k needing brakes and tires all round and a new wheel bearing. Just as I told the City Chevy. But they insisted the tires were just dirty and they couldn’t honor the quoted price. Stupid me needing a vehicle for my children and me. Save yourself money and always go with your instincts (yes women you too can know what’s wrong with a vehicle). Never Again!!! More
