I wasn’t happy with my service. I’ve bought 4 cars with this dealership. My 2023 Traverse radio went out. I was told to bring it in Wednesday when I did so. I was then told the part I’ve bought 4 cars with this dealership. My 2023 Traverse radio went out. I was told to bring it in Wednesday when I did so. I was then told the part hasn’t arrived…the service guy didn’t call until end of the day. Took the Traverse in early that morning didn’t get a call the whole day. I had to call in Friday morning then I was told…I was he forgot to call me. All around bad customer service and inconvenience. More

They were very efficient. It boggles the mind that Mrs. DeHaven feels the need to charge 3% extra for using credit card transactions.
