Worst customer service ever I was called Davidson Ford of clay they told me they could buy my dodge dart 2016 for a good price and they just took in a 2010 SUV Cadillac. The price was over $15,000 but the guy on the phone told me I could get the Cadillac for $10,200. Because I was trying to down size my price because I can't afford the car I got. But when I get there they didn't want to even to talk about what they again to. To get me down there so if you get a call from them please be careful because what they tell you on the phone is not what you will get when you get there . 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔 More

First time is the last time My experience with Davidson Ford has been anything but pleasant. When the Salesman says, "I'll have my mechanics look it over", don't believe him/her. My experience with Davidson Ford has been anything but pleasant. When the Salesman says, "I'll have my mechanics look it over", don't believe him/her. During the initial test drive I noticed the brakes were very bad (pre-owned with 30,xxx+). You would think that they would keep safety in mind while selling a vehicle, not the case. I had brought up my thoughts about replacing the brakes and as I previously stated, he said he would have his mechanics look it over. Oddly enough, I never received a MIF (Multi point inspection) that the mechanic had thoroughly gone through this vehicle. So I am supposed to believe that this vehicle was inspected properly? Well my brakes say different. Never again will I bring my vehicle to this dealership, nor will I ever recommend that anyone go there. More
