Every one was awesome except the finance woman I specifically told them i wanted to use my credit union for my financing, the lady brought me the quote from another credit union and stormed off mad I specifically told them i wanted to use my credit union for my financing, the lady brought me the quote from another credit union and stormed off mad without saying anything and it turned into a big ordeal and caused my stay to be even longer than it should have been. Even after i specifically told her she still did it, i would have ended up with a 1% more interest rate and bigger payment. Im not sure of her name because i ended up with someone else to finish but im guessing it starts with an a and ends in hole. If i had to finish with her i would have left without buying the vehicle. Thad (ext 1357) on the other hand was great to work with and told me he would call back same day if i called, which i did twice but i guess that was b.s. because that was a week ago and has still yet to return my calls. So im hoping all the extra stuff he was so convincing to buy isnt xx as well. But other than that i really like my new pickup and travis (5 stars) (ext. 1989) my sales guy was awesome to work with, hopefully he doesn't turn into a grumpy old bag like that woman because i plan on using him again. More

Don't waste your time Purchasing a 60 plus thousand dollar vehicle is one thing, but the day I took delivery, I realized Dave Smith is all about pushing volume sales out th Purchasing a 60 plus thousand dollar vehicle is one thing, but the day I took delivery, I realized Dave Smith is all about pushing volume sales out the door. After that - would come the "service" portion of the purchase. And Dave Smith has a lot to learn. The day I took possession of my 2017 Chevrolet, I asked if the service department could program the extra key fob I already had for the vehicle. The process takes about five minutes. Imagine the feeling of just dropping 65K on a vehicle minutes earlier, just to be told I would have to pay 60 bucks for a tech to spend five minutes to program a fob. I walked away without having the small task done - feeling like this was the beginning of the battle to have any "service" in the servicing of my new vehicle. If something as simple, quick and easy as programming a fob for a customer demands me to pay for five minutes of labor - I dread what it will be like when the time comes for any real maintenance comes around. "Service" is what truly sets a dealership above another. As far as my opinion of service at Dave Smith - no way will they get my business ever. More
