Not important after the sale We got a good price on our new Jeep but they are in such a hurry to make the sale and rush you through their assembly sales process that they did not We got a good price on our new Jeep but they are in such a hurry to make the sale and rush you through their assembly sales process that they did not give us accessories that were listed on the window sticker and I've tried many times to get a hold of them over 6 weeks I've had a call back saying they're looking into it but after you walk out the door you're not important anymore. We also purchased an accessory roof rack that as soon as we got home started resting 3 weeks waiting for response on that now. More

Great Team, Great Service! I started calling about used cars at this dealership as i didn't want a new car. After coming out to buy a Jeep, it turned out it wasn't for me. While i was there i checked a GMC truck that i had thought of. I left with no hassles, or girlfriend like commitment. Matt Shandy followed up a week later saying he found my truck, which he did. I came down and found exactly what i wanted, sunroof and all and a fair price. I met with Brian Hall, and he helped explain benefits of new car vs used, even down to loan options. That's when i met Zig. He pushed me out of the place with a new car! Since i'm name dropping, Teddy killed it with a toneau cover and dual exhaust, and Samantha has me covered for 7 years or 75k! We've never purchased here before but have purchased more than 20 vehicles in our 31 years of being married. This is how all dealerships should treat their customers. Our salesman Earl took care of everything from helping us select our truck, to connecting us with the accessory expert, Mark, also an outstanding person and expert at what he does. Then there was Ash, the finance expert. We brought in a check from our credit union and , not only did he get us a better interest rate, he found that we qualified for an additional $500 rebate as business owners. I cannot say enough positive things about this truck buying experience. We are now Dave Smith customers for life! More

Total confusion? So I can't figure it out, have you sold it four times or just using it as a demo. It is like that you have nobody in charge up there. and/or watching the orders. Good experience Friendly people. Jaden was nice and friendly. Got everything I wanted except the truck fuel was sitting on empty so I had to pay to fill the truck up Friendly people. It was a long drive to get there but they filled the tank on my new Ram so it didn't cost anything to get home. More
