Good overall experience We began by asking for online information about a particular truck. We were passed on to Chuck who called us to discuss this. When we had another question, rather than bother Chuck with a minor question we went online to ask. Instead of getting an online answer we were passed on to yet another sales person who called us. We asked our question and got an answer and this person called us several more times to see if we were still interested. Then Chuck called us again. Then yet a third sales person called. When I told him we had been dealing with Chuck he apologized for bothering us. We went up to Kellogg, met with Chuck, bought our truck, had running boards installed by Noah and his crew, and went over to see Ash. Everybody - absolutely everybody we met that day was very friendly, very helpful, and made us feel OUR purchase was the reason they opened the shop that day! More
