Five stars because of my Salesman, Jorge Rivera. He really did the work to find the car I needed and in the end my car got stuck in Memphis but he found me a better one at the same price. I searched online for a good used car. I found a 2018 Honda Civic Ex and fell in love with it. I was contacted by one of sale ladies by the name of Nikki Barger. She was AMAZING! I even sent her a text that was meant for my husband (nothing bad but still SUPER EMBARRASSING, WHOOPS 🤭)....She was sweet and assured me it was fine and nothing to be embarrassed about. She was very accommodating and helpful with finding out the finance information for there and with the information for our bank.
