Regina was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing (Subaru Forester 2014) and answered all questions thoroughly and proficiently. She was extremely accommodating and could not have been more helpful as we contemplated what options to select. After the car was ready, she checked to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She then explained all the mechanics of the car in a very understandable and patient manner. We highly recommend Regina Golden as an outstanding salesperson. She is certainly the best we have ever come across when purchasing a car. She set me up with shawn, and from the moment I walked in I knew I was one, walking out with a car, and I felt at home. The experience was almost painless, they got me the car I wanted verses the car I was going to settle for at the same price and gave me financing much lower then anywhere else. George the finance rep explained everything as to my payments and made sure that I got the best rate. I lease a 2014 Subaru Forester from Dan Perkins of Milford and I absolutely love it! It's such a smooth ride and the overall image of the car is just perfect. He was thorough and kept me informed on everything about the car and my purchase. There were times I was in contact with Kevin multiple times a day for my own questions. He was always kind and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He never came across as pushy or rude. Kevin was perfectly informed on the forester, so helpful and if i had a question about the financial specs he got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Working with Bob Oshrin was great! Not only was he friendly and funny, he was very upfront and honest with everything he was telling us. There was a problem with the headlights and a crack in the windshield. I brought the car back and spoke to the manager on duty, Jeff, and he was very accommodating and got the problems fixed right away. Bob did call me about 2 weeks later to check in on me and make sure things were good with the car. It was very nice of him to do that and not just think of me as another customer.
