I dealt with the parts department before heading over to meet with Marc Mesidor, the service director of this Subaru dealer. Marc was pleasant, courteous, and treated my minor issue like it was really important and so he made me feel important. Like I say it was a minor issue, but he really went out of his way to make me happy. I haven't dealt with this dealership before, but when I'm ready to buy a new Subaru I will definitely go to Dan Perkins. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. More
