your pricing for work on a 13 year old car is why over priced having to pay your parts department 300.00 to get a part from the part store then a total of 1800 to get a starter replaced. I am also not happy that post the service that my auto up windows are not working which will be a trip back in to have the switches reset. For a 1800 service it should be perfect but like the last several times I have been to your group for service it is sub par at best and way over priced for what I receive. I paid 800 for labor and I have found that this is a 2.5 hour change so I paid 300 per hour for the labor which is way more than MB which is 189 per hour. You are price gouging and I may start posting to social media about this. More
