I am a customer since 2010 and have always received great service. Yesterday was no different - great service, nice people - but I was surprised after paying my rather substantial bill to find that you are service. Yesterday was no different - great service, nice people - but I was surprised after paying my rather substantial bill to find that you are charging an additional 3% for credit card users. This added an unexpected $19.00 to my bill. This isn't going to put me in the Poor House, but I should have been told in advance about it- preferably when I made the appointment to have my car serviced. I could have made plans to bring a check if I had known. Many businesses are doing this but they post it at the cash register in plain sight. This is a good idea - in fact you should make it absolutely clear to the customer long before the point of sale. Thanks for listening to my rant and hope you will do better in warning people of your credit cardpolicy. Thanks as always for letting me have a loaner vehicle - that is much appreciated. More
Overall, I was very pleased with Lucas and repair my car received. Some things were out of their control, like how long it took to get parts for the repair.
