My experience at the dealership service center was disappointing, frustrating, and overpriced—completely unprofessional, dismissive, and impersonal; the staff seemed rushed, neglectful, disorganized, and unhelpful, making the entire process feel inefficient, disrespectful, misleading, and ultimately unsatisfactory.
Excellent customer service by my service advisor Chris Fisher. Explained necessary service needed to repair my air conditioner.
The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. Michael Brown is patient and kind, especially when dealing with my questions and concerns. Thank you sir.
My experience with my sales person, Keith Stokes, the credit manager: Jermain Strother, Mac the sales manager and finishing up my paperwork with Eden was awesome. They were very customer friendly and time was very important to us all. It was NOT a long process. I'm a satisfied customer.
Keith was great. He treated me with the upmost respect, the test drive was great, he showed me features of the car, and introduced me to his boss and the credit manager. They all made store and purchase experience great.
Other than the price , was satisfied with the service and the employees that I dealt with
