Sold car after appointment and finance set This dealership sold a car I had pulled financing against and made an appointment to purchase. The sales and finance manager contacted me and said sorry that the manager of another location sold it to a friend. I had repeatedly asked about purchasing through their dealership 100 miles closer to me and could not get an answer. I asked to speak to the owner and was never contacted again. No response to further emails. That is not great customer service. I enjoyed working with the BDM, Mike Wingard. He tried to be helpful. More

Service tech scheduled my appointment for an oil change on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. Had my car for the whole day and it sat in the l on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. Had my car for the whole day and it sat in the lot without being looked at. No courtesey call to even let me know it wouldn't or couldn't be serviced that day. No call back after leaving message on voicemail. He should have told me there were "a few guys out on vacation" and that they were behind even before scheduling my appointment. Total waste of time.
