DELLA Subaru

We have been customers of Della Subaru in Plattsburgh for 6 years. The ONLY reason I am driving an Outback in addition to loving the car is because of Della Service! I am 62, have owned alot of cars, but NEVER have we had the personal service, kindness, honesty, and expedience of this "well oiled machine" called Audrey and Casey! My son and daughter both own a Subaru because of them. Dealerships have a bad rap when it comes to charging and diagnosing your problem. They are incredible. They have stood behind their cars and service with no questions asked. I hope Subaru is paying them what they are worth because they are the reason half of plattsburgh goes there. Two people and their mechanics! One week ago, was there for service and strolled over to the new car section while waiting for a repair with their coffee in hand....and low and behold, decided (without planning to) to buy a new Outback. Alesha Bailey and Jenn did the deal and stood on their heads to do it. Alesha was super, professional, thorough and meticulous in helping us buy the car. Jenn, the finance manager at the last minute worked hard to get us a lower interest rate after we gave the green light on the other one. She did not have to do that but surprised us with 2 points lower. They care. They really do. I will keep driving an Outback as long as that crew are still employed there. I cannot say enough!
