I am here to certify to the readers that Della Subaru has outstanding service. I recently had a rare issue on my vehicle and I was greeted at dealership by Audrey, Service Manager. My problem was quickly diagnosed and was told it would be an all day repair or two repair job. Audrey offered me a nice new clean new loaner and the paperwork was completed in minutes.Off I went on my way, the next day I was called middle afternoon by Audrey that the vehicle was all fix, I ask if it was ok to return the loaner early the following morning, no problem no issues. Returning the loaner was hassle free and Audrey methodically explained what was repaired on my vehicle. Not only is Audrey polite and courteous she has extensive technical knowledge about vehicles. Everytime I have had service at Della Subaru the service has always been outstanding, not to mention that the car is washed and squeaky clean every time.
