A dead battery on Christmas Eve. Since they close half day, they wanted me to come back. After I lost my temper, they replaced the battery. I sat there, in a Cold Trailer. It seemed forever. After a few other issues, I switched to DCH Toyota. No complaints, since coming to DCH. Keep up the Excellent work Brian Yoshida, Happy Holidays 😊 More
