terrible customer service, much delayed DMV filing DCH toyota is terrible in dealing with basic customer file processing. May 24, I purchased 2017 Toyota Prius prime from Akil, Financing manager: Ch DCH toyota is terrible in dealing with basic customer file processing. May 24, I purchased 2017 Toyota Prius prime from Akil, Financing manager: Chris. Two weeks later, I still did NOT get DMV plate. I asked Akil via email, no response. I texted him, he replied it will take 4 -6 weeks to get DMV plate. What in the world will take that long time? my previous cars, I got plates less than 10 days. I called DMV processing clerk Denise. Denise said, I am sorry, your file won't get processed until Jun 16, because you bought the car on May 30. I said please check file original contract I signed. I bought it May 24. She kicked my request back to Akil and Akil said I don't handle after sales service, talk to relationship manager, Becky. Becky is very difficult to get hold of. I finally get hold of Becky, she said, well, I can't change back the passed. whatever happened happened. She never had slight feeling of apologies. Today is Tuesday Jun 6. I said, I need the plate number now to apply hov lane sticker. She said we can not do that. I have to ask Denise to try everything she can to get me the number by Thursday the earliest day, which is still not certain. DCH is totally bureaucratic, treating customer like xxxx, especially Denise. I am NOT asking something extra. Correct what you missed, give me the number today, which only takes minutes to do. Denise came up with all kinds of excuses to say, I am sorry, I can't do it today or tomorrow. I can tell you the number earliest day is Thursday, which might still not possible. Becky is doing the same, what kind of customer relation manager is that, piece of crap. Becky is just repeating what Denise is saying. Because DCH very delayed processing, so far, I did not have the plate after two-week of driving. I am very very very pissed off. I need plate to get the hov lane sticker, which itself takes long time to process. Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, shame on DCH. I will try everything I can to spread my bad experience with DCH, xxxxty place treats customer like xxxx. I will ensure nobody I know will buy anything from DCH, have a wonderful day! More

Amazing customer service!! I came in to service my 2015 Toyota Corolla and received amazing customer service. I had the car for over 2 years with over 17k miles so the car needs I came in to service my 2015 Toyota Corolla and received amazing customer service. I had the car for over 2 years with over 17k miles so the car needs some maintenance. Sean was there to assist me immediately and answer any of my concerns and questions. Not all dealer would attend to you or assist you like DCH Toyota would. Some would just want you in and out or get your money but not this one. Sean was of great help. I would recommend this dealer. they fixed it I had a noise with my 4 runner that would only last for a few seconds, just as it was started and only on a cold! cold! winter day.
