Nothing but problems with their finance team I want to start by saying that the gentleman who sold our family the used car was really a good guy, his name was Joseph. If you do come here, see him I want to start by saying that the gentleman who sold our family the used car was really a good guy, his name was Joseph. If you do come here, see him and he will take care of you. The experience went really bad when I met with our finance guy, LEO. The typical suave guy that you would expect from a dealership trying to sell you every dealership add on he can. Etching and door protectors came with all of their calls he said and that would cost right around $1000 post tax for things I did not want. It took some time to at least cut that in half, but he wouldn't budge. Then I told him I did not want an extended warranty, but he proceeded to give me a 10-minute schpeel of how important it was, how GREAT a deal it was, and how even his mother has it (ya probably because he didn't upcharge her an arm and a leg). At this point is was 9:15pm, I was in there with my wife and 3 month old, and we lived about an hour away. I caved and bought the stupid warranty for a whopping $2700 taking the care from 50,000miles to 100,000 miles (mind you this was a Honda which I pay more for because they are reliable). I sat there in silence trying to make a good decision for about 10 minutes looking over the paperwork and took the bait. I should have trusted my gut and intuition. The next day I did a lot of research and found that if I did want a warranty, that I could have gotten it a LOT cheaper. Then I went back and thought about his rationale for why I should get the warranty, and half of it was bogus. Hondas hardly have any issues from 50-100k, and so I decided to cancel it. If I told you about the cancellation process and how awful it has been, it would take me several paragraphs. In the past month, I have called his office and cell many times and left voicemails and have never gotten anything back. He made me come back with my wife and baby (another hour drive each way) to sign cancellation papers. He was not there, and the finance guy I spoke to Jimmy said we both didn't need to be there to sign, just me. Leo is very friendly and helpful up until the deal is done, then he disappears. A month later and I am still working to get this closed up. I have probably called and emailed them 20 times this month without exaggeration. Jimmy (finance) is a good guy and he has been helpful, but at the end of the day Leo needs to finish the paperwork. Jimmy promised everything is going to go through and I would get the money back soon. We shall see. This is why I always have bought private, because dealers are typically greedy and make their money off of how they upsell you: financing, etching and door protectors, warranties, etc. DO YOUR RESEARCH people, and avoid this place like the plage. As of 5/7/2018 I have gotten one call back and it was while I was at work. I called back when Larry said he would be in his office and nothing. Called the next day when he said he would be there and nothing. Left several voicemails since and nothing. I am at a loss, this finance team has not been professional, and I have been nothing but patient to them. More

Best Service I've ever had! I recently went into DCH Toyota after having bad experience after bad experience at other dealerships. I was reaching my limit with car dealerships an I recently went into DCH Toyota after having bad experience after bad experience at other dealerships. I was reaching my limit with car dealerships and was ready to just give up when I met with Carla. She helped me not only feel at home and comfortable with the whole process of buying a new car, but she gave me practical advice and helped me understand car buying! She was patient, courteous, and very knowledgable and, unlike at other brand stores, Carla and the employees at DCH Toyota made me feel welcomed and like I mattered. I am the proud owner of a new Corolla and I couldn't be happier!
