Purchase a HIGHLANDER (COSTCO) Recently I purchase a Highlander through Costco Auto Program. I can say it is the best experience buying through DCH Toyota! why you have a bad promotions system and service? bad promotions system and service !! in August 2016 I changed the front brakes of my prius 2012 paying $ 282.81 two weeks later they sent me an email bad promotions system and service !! in August 2016 I changed the front brakes of my prius 2012 paying $ 282.81 two weeks later they sent me an email coupon to change the front brakes for $ 129.77 I went to get the price adjustment and they said they could not. In October of 2018 I changed the original battery 12v of my prius and the cost of installation was $ 150 and $ 192 the battery. Now 4 months later they send me email with free installation coupon when buying the battery with them. When I bought the battery I asked for that kind of promotion and they said that they could not! Toyota keeps track of my car's maintenance and knows what I need. Why did they offer coupon until after I bought the parts? !! It does not matter to pay for a service to have the car in optimal condition but lying is not valid coming from Toyota !! Torrance Toyota I need your answer to my question. More

I was very excited to be purchasing my first car. Terrible experience, they had me thinking I was going through my credit union the whole time. They signed me up for another loan and took a down payment. They told me to give my the purchase contract to take to my bank and when I got there found out they had found another place to finance it. After going back to the dealership the next day to unwind the loan they refused and the finance manager Valentine Chukwudi was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive to the people that I asked to be in the room almost as if he was hiding something. After I asked them to leave he ignored me when I asked him questions and got angry when I started to read what he asked me to sign. He even at one pint snatched the paper from me while I was trying to figure out what I was singing. Just terrible. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR SEND MY SISTER HERE TO BUY HER FIRST CAR I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON More
