Came in today to help my friend get a car. JOSE EDDIE FLORES was the first to help us out. He showed us the car but didn't mention any of the features it came with. After going over the payments, he offered us some ridiculous prices. We knew they were ridiculous because we had gotten a quote from AARON CASTRO the day before. We called him out on it but Eddie didn't give a xxxx tbh, Eddie even told us the price was a lie just to get us in the door. We left. Minutes later, we got a text saying they'd do better, so we went back. We were saying AARON CASTRO was the man for helping us out after and getting us the price that we wanted, which was $335 for 72 mo at 2.9 apr, or so we thought. As we're driving home we check the contract to see what day was the first payment. That's when we found out they had added 3 extra months with a higher apr, $335 for 75 months at 3.99 apr. I was shocked, I thought this was illegal. These are terms that NO ONE ever spoke of or wrote on a sheet. I didn't even know 75 months was possible, but I guess it was our fault for not checking the contract. We don't even know where we'll be making our payments to because I'm pretty sure Toyota wasn't the company to finance us. They got us good. Also, Mr VALENTINE the finance guy, failed to mention that Toyota offers free 30 day insurance. We had to have a co-signer because the main signee didn't have insurance (according to VALENTINE). If VALENTINE would've mention the free insurance, we could've avoided having a co signer. I hope people looking to buy a car read this so they can avoid my mistakes. We found quite a few cars that met our specific needs and budget. This dealership was an hour drive for us and after doing our online research we were not disappointed. We HIGHLY recommend Seth! Seen and Then Not Heard I contacted the dealership regarding a Tacoma for sale. Joseph Tejada reached out to me and encouraged me to come in and look at the truck. I let him know when I was on my way from a location only half an hour away. His exact words: "Perfect, see you soon. Our address is 2909 Pacific Coast Highway Torrance, CA 90505 We'll see you when you get here! The Tacoma is still here!" Showed up at the dealership and informed the front desk I was there and ready to meet him. They said okay. After 20 minutes, with not even a second glance from other employees, I texted Joseph to let him know I was there and waiting. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. Feeling ignored and seeing another dealer with another truck nearby, I left. Three hours later, I received a text from Joseph telling me he was out for that hour and why was I unable to make a deal. I'll let my response speak for itself: "No one helped me. I came and asked for you as you mentioned. Then I waited for 45 minutes. No one else approached me. Personally, if you were not there, someone could have let me know. You could have texted me, (knowing I was on my way even), or the front desk could have checked in, whatever or whoever could have seen to me. I am not one for the pushy car salesman routine, but I was very put off about the style of operations. Thank you for your time, but it's more important for me to feel like the dealer is trying to earn my business than meeting any particular price point or individual truck. I definitely do not feel that here so I won't be back." Do business here cautiously. More

Lulu and Cristian answered all our questions and made suggestions. All with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. They were quite a TEAM! This is my second family car here from DCH Toyota of Torrance, so this pleasant experience was not a surprise. I cannot see myself going anywhere else for a vehicle anymore. Happy Toyota Owners! I was looking for a new lease or purchased and narrowed it to the Camry. After doing some online searches i reached out to lulu in the internet sales dept. Dishonnest way of advertising a price I went to the dealership yesterday to test drive and eventually bought a used Mazda 3 which was on a rebate price for $9981.00. I negotiated the price to $9400,00 with no trade-in and $7000.00 cash. My vendor came back with paperwork, I questioned some of the fees, that I did not want… and he came back a second time with an offer, declining the agreed bargain of $9400.00 saying that his manager didn’t accept it and I noticed on the paperwork a dealership fee of $2394.00!!!! $2394.00 ! what is that ? the vendor tried to explain it’s the alarm in the car, the vin registration …I said, please remove that fee otherwise I quit that deal. He refused so I left. It’s a scam they advertised a car with a good rebate and but they charge the amount of the rebate in dealership fees. It’s dishonest way of working, make me waste my time. More
