Wow, honestly this is probably the worst customer service experience buying a car I've ever experienced. Other than the nice demeanor from our sales guy Bradley, this place could not care less about your b experience buying a car I've ever experienced. Other than the nice demeanor from our sales guy Bradley, this place could not care less about your business. The sales manager could not have cared less if we bought a car or not. Mostly, the only word he told us was NO. No second key, no fixing the peeling tint on the windows, no taking a minor ding out, no changing out the tires, no budging on the price, no home delivery. Usually a place will at least accommodate a request or two so that you have a positive experience and want to tell your friends and family and return for another vehicle purchase. We even sent a message to the GM and never heard a word back. This place does.not.care. Our car was priced well and we feel good about that, but we will NOT recommend them nor will we ever buy a vehicle here again. More

I see it only has one key don't most cars come with two keys? You can have another key for $150.So you're not willing to give us another key No! I noticed there's No mats in the car and a few dings are you willing to help us with that because it's usually standard that there's mats in the car! No.. I noticed the car is on empty would you at least put gas in it so I can get it home No.. a lot of No in the customer service of this dealership. We even emailed the general manager with no response. Also bring a lot of snacks because it'll take you about 2 hours to do all the paperwork whether you're paying cash or if you have your own finance doesn't matter.. We had Al Gaines (salesman) and Johnny Flores (finance) help us on Friday. It was the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever gone through. We were in and out from start to finis help us on Friday. It was the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever gone through. We were in and out from start to finish in an hour and a half. We were blown away by the staff professionalism. Everyone was masked and very conscientious of making sure everyone was as safe and everything as clean as possible for covid. We were in the middle of another deal at another dealership and left because it was such a bad experience. If you want a no pressure environment and want the facts straight forward then go to DCH and ask for Al and Johnny! More

I just purchase my third vehicle from DCH Toyota. As I entered the show room Alfredo helped me track down the Acura RDX that had caught my eye. After a test drive I was ready to talk about purchasing the entered the show room Alfredo helped me track down the Acura RDX that had caught my eye. After a test drive I was ready to talk about purchasing the vehicle. Elijah was able to make the numbers work and I was ready to sign. Marcus took me in the back for the final signing of the paperwork. And just like that I was off in my Acura RDX. Overall great experience and would highly recommend the team at Toyota DCH. More

I would probably call their way of advertising as deceptive and wondering if people in California think a dealership that does this is normal and ok. I was looking at their ad on TrueCar and was int deceptive and wondering if people in California think a dealership that does this is normal and ok. I was looking at their ad on TrueCar and was interested in an used Sienna. Clicked and put in a request for their price offer. Got the offer and proceeded to talk to the dealership. After asking a couple of questions with their sales rep Christian. Asked for an out the door price. After asking a couple of times I get an itemized OTD price. In there, besides the dealer fee and state fee (they didn’t include taxes for Illinois that I had mentioned so I assume they don’t collect on behalf of the customer). - there is an accessories fee for $1,693 for a “clear shield”, “window etching” and “security system”. In their email - they clearly mention that fee is added in for mine and “their protection”. I know from reading up on these things that they aren’t required so I email them back that I would decline that as it’s a used car and I didn’t need it. I then get a call back from the sales rep saying they refuse to sell me a car because I would not take the accessories fee. I mean I get the fees for documents, and state fees. Apparently - they charge this to all of their and if a person doesn’t take it then they can refuse to sell you the car. Asked to talk to their supervisor And I get transferred over to Richard and get the same thing. Asked to speak to their GM and was told he’s busy but they’ll get him to call me. We’ll see if they do but I’m sure they’ll tell me the same thing or they’ll tell me at this point the car is sold. I was upset because if it’s a mandatory fee that they have on their cars - then it should be disclosed on their website and also to TrueCar. I reached out to TrueCar and reported it as well because I didn’t get price I expected to pay outside of taxes, state and fee. I’m a bit surprised that no one has reported them to their attorney general for this practice. As a buyer - run away from this dealership and for anyone in California that actually buys from the dealership and pays their accessories fee - because it’s “mandatory” - yikes! More
