Friendly service buying my first car I first came in to speak with Corey Miller but he had his hands full with another customer so he advised me that he would not be able to help me but t I first came in to speak with Corey Miller but he had his hands full with another customer so he advised me that he would not be able to help me but that he would have another associate take his place in assisting me. I waited about a minute and Jose Casillas came to assist me. His services was really friendly and really helpful. He assisted me in buying my first brand new car and helped lower the price to something I could afford and even helped me find a low rate insurance since I had none stepping in. As we waited, he offered me some complimentary coffee and other things they had to offer. He showed me around the place for future visits such as oil changes or parts. Jose Casillas really offers quality service and represents DCH Kia exceptionally. Thank you for helping me buy my 2015 Kia Optima. More

An Absolute Horrible Experience "Worst dealership I have ever attempted to buy a car from. After agreeing to a price and waiting for 5 hours to complete the deal, I was told my vehic "Worst dealership I have ever attempted to buy a car from. After agreeing to a price and waiting for 5 hours to complete the deal, I was told my vehicle would be ready in ten minutes. The next thing I know, the dealer management informed me they could not sell me the vehicle because they weren't making enough profit. They wanted another one thousand dollars. They physically changed the stock number on the agreed and already signed contract in an attempt to switch vehicle to one I did not want. Do not trust them! Buy your Kia from another dealership; you will save yourself a lot of time and heart ache." - DO NOT TRUST!!!! More
