Pleasant Car Buying Experience Well, after 15 years of the same car, it came time to replace it. So we found ourselves at DCH Kia Temecula expecting to just see what is out there. Well, after 15 years of the same car, it came time to replace it. So we found ourselves at DCH Kia Temecula expecting to just see what is out there. I had looked and the Soul online and the ones driven by work colleagues, and figured they were worth looking at. Upon arrival we were greeted by Donny Worley who was quite personable and didn't have that "salesman" aura about him. We surveyed the lot and then looked at the Soul. The Soul sold itself for the price point. We then worked with Kris Freeman on seeing if the numbers would work. Again, Kris was also personable. While his job is obviously to try to have the customer leave with a new car, he pursued his goal without pressure. They did their job well as we did purchase a new Soul. There was no pressure, lots of help, and was quite a relaxed environment. Bottom line is I would recommend both the car and the dealership. More

Maintenence team was superb! I went in yesterday to have my Kia Optimas oil change done. When I went in the gentleman said the staff was about to go on lunch and they would be ba I went in yesterday to have my Kia Optimas oil change done. When I went in the gentleman said the staff was about to go on lunch and they would be back in about an hour. We said we would come back later then, then the gentleman said wait just a sec, came back and said we'll get you in right now. They put their lunch off just to help us! They were so polite and did a great job! Fantastic customer service! More

salesmen patience I knew what car I wanted when I went to this dealership and met with Cory. I drove 2 Kia souls the 1.6 and the 2.0 which I appreciate Cory telling me I knew what car I wanted when I went to this dealership and met with Cory. I drove 2 Kia souls the 1.6 and the 2.0 which I appreciate Cory telling me there was the 2.0 that had more get up and go. I wanted the 2015 latte Kia Soul then decided on the .2.0. After doing the negotiation and coming to a agreeable price I said "you are going to kill me because I changed my mind I would like the 2016 blue Kia Soul that I test drove". Here is where the patience comes in. Now he has to do paperwork all over again. After taking care of some concerns I had the week after I bought the car I am totally thrilled with my 2016 blue Kia Soul. Thank you Cory . More
