This should have been better. My car came in for a recall for the airbag. They said it won't take longer than 2 hours but in almost two and a half hours I checked in to see when it My car came in for a recall for the airbag. They said it won't take longer than 2 hours but in almost two and a half hours I checked in to see when it would be ready because I had to rush to another appointment. Come to find out the car had been ready but no one had come to let me know. I was late for an appointment so I said, well I have to go, but they still didn't even have the paperwork ready. The worst thing is it was a recall for an airbag that was killing people. Shame on Honda. Secondly, especially when someone comes in for a recall you should treat them the best you possibly can. I don't think it would have been too hard to just let me know when the car was ready. One perk was that my car was clean when I picked it up and I definitely appreciated that! More
