Excellent Service I had a wonderful experience at DCH Honda. I was greeted by Tiger Elaster who showed me the Honda HR-V and before I knew it I was on a very informati I had a wonderful experience at DCH Honda. I was greeted by Tiger Elaster who showed me the Honda HR-V and before I knew it I was on a very informative test drive. The following day, I interacted with Anthony Alonzo via email who set me up with an appointment in finance. I showed up at DCH with my soon to be Honda freshly detailed with a sold sign in window :) I was given a warm welcome by Anthony and Tiger and was introduced to Derek Hattox in finance. I expressed to Anthony that i was in bit of a time crunch, he said no problem we will have you out of here in less than an hour. Derek told me he would have me in and out of his office in 15 minutes, which I thought to myself NO Way, as I have been down this road before. Well, needless to say I sat in his office, signed all my paperwork and was out the door in 15 minutes just like he promised. Within 45 minutes from walking through the door of DCH, I was on the road in my new Honda HR-V. I couldn't be more happy with DCH and the wonderful people like Tiger, Anthony and Derek. I will recommend my family and friends and anyone who is looking for an excellent car buying experience. More

Exceptional Experience with DCH Honda of Mission Valley I had been to too many new car dealership for the past 45 years and this is the first time I experienced where there is no sales pressure and not feel I had been to too many new car dealership for the past 45 years and this is the first time I experienced where there is no sales pressure and not feeling intimidated by the sales people. The atmosphere is so relax and me and my wife enjoyed our dealings with John Le & Alex Weiler. Although the showroom is smaller than a typical dealership, I like the atmosphere, the sales staff attires are casual or semi formal that gives you the feeling of trust not like other dealership where you meet the sales people with a three piece suit & tie that create an atmosphere that this salesman will going to rip you off. John Le is easy to deal with, he exceeded my expectation regarding the price of the car and he spend a lot of time explaining all the features of the Honda Pilot SUV. He is very polite and patience. Alex is also polite and patience, he spend extra time to help us finding the right color without hesitation. I cannot think of any negative things to say about John & Alex and DCH Honda. I will definitely recommend this dealership with my relatives and friends. For sure, I will recommend John and Alex. The amount of time to complete the deal is very short as compared with other dealership. If you check Auto Trader, DCH Honda of San Diego have the better price in Southern CA. Their pricing is very trustworthy and I did not noticed any deceptive pricing. I will share my experience through Yelp so that the public will know where to find good deal and trustworthy sales people.
