Great service department! I brought my car in for an oil change and for some concerns regarding road vibration. The technician took my car on several road tests and deemed that I brought my car in for an oil change and for some concerns regarding road vibration. The technician took my car on several road tests and deemed that there was no issue. I had recently bought new tires and was likely not used to the feel yet. No charge for the diagnostic fee, just the oil change. It’s great knowing this shop won’t push repairs on components that don’t actually need it! More

I was worried about how she might be treated, recalling some of my own experiences. But from start to finish, working with my daughter in person and me long-distance on the phone, Dianne was wonderful: helpful, efficient, and kind. My daughter told me afterwards how nice everyone had been to her. I was so impressed by the ethics of this team. The car we wanted had just increased in price that day by $1,000 but when my daughter showed an email from me that I had sent the day before, with the lower price mentioned, Dianne and her manager immediately gave us the price we had seen on cars.com. I was so relieved! And when it came to selling the various insurance products, I was informed about everything but not unduly pressured. I was treated with understanding and respect. A friend of mine who had just purchased a used car for her daughter warned me what to expect based on her experience at a different dealership and city, so it was a great pleasure to have such a positive experience myself. It was time-consuming to arrange the financing etc by phone but everyone was very patient. The car we got was a very good deal and I give this dealership my highest recommendation. More
