I know that I can count on Angel Lara in the service department to answer any questions that may arise. I am grateful that he is available via phone or text message as I recently had to take a long trip department to answer any questions that may arise. DONT GO THERE Worst car buying experience I've had. Sales department forgot to take off the anti- theft lock when I left the dealership. When I got home car locked itself with keys and phone in the car Sales department forgot to take off the anti- theft lock when I left the dealership. HONDA printed the 24/7 roadside assistance number incorrectly and I had to personally pay for a locksmith and have my car towed to the dealership the next day. I was told I would be reimbursed. A month went by without any response or reimbursement. I reached out and was told by Kobe the sales manager, that he submitted a request to finance. Two weeks later still no response or reimbursement. Then spoke to Jeff Chapin the gen sales manager who apologized and "would look into it", and get back to me shortly. No response. Horrible service. Lack of accountability. Would not recommend this dealer. More
Todd Harrlet, the sales manager, is a liar and very rude. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. In my purchase contract, I was told (in writing) that a safety issue would be fixed. After 7 days with no contact, I called the salesman and inquired. He told me he would call me the next day, but he did not. At 10 days, I purchased the part myself, and at 14 days, I was called to bring my car in for a detail! I asked to have the sales manager call me two hours later. He called and was rude on the phone when I told him he needed to reimburse me for the cost of the part. He hung up on me! After filling out reviews on Yelp and another site, I was put in touch with Jeff Chapin and was told he was the real sales manager. The problem is that with this dealership, birds of a feather flock together. I have been back and forth with Jeff for two months. He has promised me that he will refund me. He has even gone so far as to send me an email saying, "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL." This was on 12/8/23. Still no check. Why is it so hard to reimburse me $66.54? More
