We had a great purchase experience with DCH Honda of Mission Valley. After doing hours of Internet research, we contacted DCH Honda regarding a specific Honda Pilot we saw listed for resale online. Jeff Chapin listened to what we wanted and needed in a used car. He agreed to add on a couple of options into the asking price for the vehicle. I was able to go in right away to talk with their fantastic salesman, Jeff McPike. Jeff was calm (not pushy) and walked me through the process of test driving the vehicle and understanding all of the costs that would be included in the car's "walk-out-of-the-door-price".
