UNBELIEVABLE! We went to our local Dealership, and UNBELIEVABLE! We went to our local Dealership, and I told him I wanted to Drive a 2010 and a 2011/12 Challenger V-6. Wanted to feel the differ UNBELIEVABLE! We went to our local Dealership, and I told him I wanted to Drive a 2010 and a 2011/12 Challenger V-6. Wanted to feel the difference between the 250HP and the 305 HP engines. The FIRST thing out of his FRIGGEN MOUTH was... "Who told ya the V-6's in 2008-2010 have only 250 HP.... they have 283". I told him in my 5 years of research it has ALWAYS been 250HP (NOT 283HP). I said then show me the Boucher/Specs. Well he didn't HAVE and Brochures. So then the salesman who were talking to, (Todd), hands me off to ANOTHER Salesperson named "Clay". He never lets me know WHY he's pawning us off on Clay. So my Wife says to Clay..Do YOU have any Broachers, and he says no. So we go outside and I tell him I want to Test Drive the 2012 Challenger they have. My Wife opens up the Trunk, and I tell her... "They say that the Trunk on the Challenger is BIGGER then on the new Camaros". (I bought my Wife a Camaro last year for her BD), and my Wife says "I don't know, I think my Camaros Trunk is bigger". The Sales person “Clay”, then starts arguing about Trunk Space and how he'll get a Camaro and back it up next to the Challenger to see. I told him..."Hey..you pissed off my Wife once, don't piss her off again. What ever happen to the Customers always right"? He replies...."Well sometimes there not always right" I said..."I THINK WERE DONE HERE...LET ME TALK TO YOUR MANAGER". The Manager comes out and says..."Sorry Clay's kind of a Gear Head". As if to say to us...I hear ya...but your STILL Wrong. The 2012 Challenger they had was gorgeous and they had put in the 2-Tone Copper/Black Leather seats. It was priced right too. Walked away without a Test Drive, or even sitting in it! A waste of Time and Complete Idiots! As with all the other reviews here, BUYER BEWARE! If you want someone who will treat you like Gold, then go to Moss Bros. Dodge in Moreno Valley and talk to “Rick Chew”. More
They tell you whatever to close the deal, they do not follow through with their side of the contract even when you do. They are rude, crass, un professional, idiots. I will never, ever buy a car from her follow through with their side of the contract even when you do. They are rude, crass, un professional, idiots. I will never, ever buy a car from here again.. The owner needs to fire all of them and start out fresh. No one at this company knows how to return calls, the best way to put it, is the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing with everyone here. My 3 year old could run a better business... My complaint has gone all the way to BBB because this place breaks agreements.. Should be ashamed of all employees here. They are all a waste of oxygen!! More
Horrendous service, if you could call it service. We spend the winter near Palm Springs, about 50 miles away from this dealer. The first of December, our truck was pulling hard when braking; they said i spend the winter near Palm Springs, about 50 miles away from this dealer. The first of December, our truck was pulling hard when braking; they said it was the power steering pump, then demanded $600+ up front to order the parts--a pump and some hoses. It took a week for the pump to arrive & they didn't call us. We called them. They said they didn't have our local number--when we'd given them both cell and land line numbers (and did a 2nd time). Anyway, they'd failed to order the hoses & said they'd call when they came in. After more than a week we called again & they claimed--again--that they didn't have our numbers. By then it was the Saturday before Christmas. We got up at 430am to be there at 7 and after 5 hours on the lift they discovered the hoses were the wrong ones. Gave us a rental car (oh wow, they paid for it--a real piece of garbage Chevy) and sent us home, promising they'd overnight the parts (why couldn't they do that the first time?) and have us back on the road the Tuesday before Christmas. On Monday they called, saying it was ready, so again my husband got up in the dark to drive there & get the truck. By the time he got home that night it was leaking hydraulic fluid all over the engine compartment. We took it back to them on Christmas eve day & got yet another rental car, then went back again 2 days after Christmas to get the truck. In all this, the service manager couldn't manage to make eye contact with my husband or even get up from his desk. Our truck was unsafe to drive for more than 3 weeks, during which time I had to rent a vehicle to take on a business trip; of course, they didn't give us any consideration for that, nor did they give us anything like a goodwill discount on any of the "work" (if you can call it that) that they did. They ruined my husband's Christmas eve--after getting up at 4 am, driving for hours, getting back in dark, he was a wreck and basically went to sleep at 7 pm. Needless to say, we won't be dealing with these people again, and if you know what's good for you, you won't either. More
