My first car I went to crystal to look at some muslce cars, a 14' challenger caught my attention and my dad and I looked at it and checked it out. We asker him about the challenger and he told us the details and he have us the keys and we took it for a spin. He did some paper work and then showed us. He told me if i would be interested in a charger, he said its the same engine just a sedan. We took a look at them and he did everything he could to help my father and I. Thanks to Todd I went home in a brand new 14' charger!! More

I bought a Dodge Journey and cannot be happier. I get compliments on it all the time. I can call the service department and tell them the problem and they let me know whetther I need to come in or if it's something minor that can wait. When I do take it in like yesterday for an oil change and to check a tire, the service was immediate, and they even washed it!! I always recommend Chrysler. More

I have been the biggest skeptic of dealership service centers for years. Never trusted them... until now. Alonzo was upbeat, professional, customer service oriented and promised he would do his best to centers for years. Never trusted them... until now. A dealership service center that didn't try to over price and kept the estimate cost as my final cost is an amazing thing! I first visited Crystal Chrysler in 1997 when i needed service on a used car, which makes this the 15th year i've been doing business there. I have had many instances where the problem could've been a nig service on a used car, which makes this the 15th year i've been doing business there. I have had many instances where the problem could've been a nightmare but they solved it to satisfaction, going to whatever lengths they had to. I was worried when they restructured and when they changed ownership, but the changes have been positive. I still giggle that they have to sell "clown cars" (fiats) however, fiats are one of the most reliable vehicles on the planet--i just think they're funny. Many of the original faces are still there to greet me and give great service. My family collectively owns six dodge trucks and they've all been to crystal for one thing or another..and i've always been happy with my final results and repairs. I always get honest advice and that's why i call them first with any problems. Today i saw someone griping about a really common situation and that's what made me take the time to review Crystal today :) More

From the management and below, it is obvious that this delaership could careless about customer service. The first three times I attempted to purchase a vehicle, they didnt even run my credit?? Immediately I felt that everyone there was waiting for that extremely old person to walk through the door, and just write a check for a vehicle, making their jobs as easy money as possible! I was faced with a challenge, getting out of a current lease and into a new Dodge, but a challenge that could and would be overcome, just not by any of the solid professionals, or lack there of that work at Chyrstal Chrylser Cat City. Richard, the salesman I dealt with put his arms up in the air, and said "Believe me, I want to sell you a new car more than you want to buy one" I respectfully disagree, because I am driving a new 2012 vehicle, and it didnt come from your dealership. Thanks for all the hard work, especially to Scott and David who are both Managers, it is obvious they could have established a deal for me, but wanted way too much commission, and were asking ridiculous amounts of cash down?? Thee are better deals out there, be patient, seek them out, take notes, dont ever take any delaers word for it, and if these dealers at Chrystal Chrysler dont care, I'm sure the dealer at Rancho San Diego does, and hes loving the sale I brought him.
