In this case, I am referring to my experience with Tom Sands, with Crown Mercedes Benz. I came to know Tom when I walked in to Crown shopping for a car for my wife. He took the time to thoroughly explain the new 2010 E Class, its systems, features and amenities. Although I was not ready to make an immediate purchasing decision, Tom was patient with my wife and I and was willing to give me the time to think through my decision without pressure. I had been shopping for a Mercedes at the dealer at Easton, but found that Tom's knowledge and professionalism was far superior to anything I experience at that other dealership. After my experience with Tom Sands, I will never shop at any other Mercedes Benz dealer. At delivery, Tom took the time to go through the car with my wife, patiently and with expertise. He took the time to pair my wife's phone and set up our garage door opener. I highly recommend Tom and Crown Mercedes Benz. My best car buying experience by far! More

I visited Crown Motors on a whim. Upon entering the showroom , I encountered Richard Norman , a sales representative who was assisting another customer. Richard krew his product and willingly shared information with me of all the capabilities of the model I was most interested in. The service manager was extremely accommodating and willing to get the job finished while I was there without having to return. While waiting I looked at new models and was helped by my previous salesman, Ken. He spent several hours with me going over new models and at the end of the day, I drove a new GL 450 home. I had given specific requirements to each dealership, including mileage, year, condition, options and price. I even sent out requests to Cincinnati and Cleveland. Some dealerships called but most were unable to work within my parameters. Richard called me many times and I was able to deal with him while working at home. This was very convenient for me, since I work from home and have children. I can honestly say, Richard did not give up until he found me the car within my specific requirements. Amazingly, it took him only a few days! Mike took the time to understand what our objective was in trading cars ie larger car with more rear seat room and more trunk room. We looked at used cars, but could not find the color we wanted. What a GREAT experience buying my first brand new car! I was very pleased with Richard and crown Kia. Who would have thought buying a car would be so simple. Being a female and only 20 years old, I needed l was very pleased with Richard and crown Kia. Who would have thought buying a car would be so simple. Being a female and only 20 years old, I needed lots of help finding the right car to fit me and my budget and the whole 9 yards. I spoke with Richard Norman on the phone a few days before meeting with him, he had put all of my information in the computer and already had the perfect car picked out for me when I arrived. It was so fast when I got there, he showed me the car and it was love at 1st site. Not only did I love the car, but he also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't in the section he usually worked in, I was very impressed. He had such a great personality and wasn't too "pushy" like some car dealers who are just thinking about making money, not what's best for the customer. He was truly genuine to my needs and my price range. Lance and Mike were also very kind and did everything possible to satisfy my needs and to get me the best price on my 1st brand new car. Mike was even nice enough to let me drive the car home and delivered my paper work to me the next day to fill out at my job on his day off ! Not only that, but he also woke his kids up extra early and brought them along with him (they were beautiful by the way).
