We have been treated as though we purchased the most expensive car on the lot. We call Todd or Ron for a service appointment, the same expert Ron always works on our cars and all three provide a delightfully professional and personal service. When we are looking for a replacement Mercedes Benz we see Glenn Gilbert. He finds the type of car which fits us, at the price we want to afford then Greg Brooks guides us down the path that fit us. I always hated the used car salesman with the “what’s it going to take to put you in a car today attitude” with the service departments that had little time to be polite and personal, I refused to spend my money at these dealerships. Buying from Crown MB has been a pleasant experience with trustworthy and competent professionals. I have never been coerced to buy a car or overextend myself with service.
