I've been a Crown customer since 2005 when I bought my very gently used CLK. The service department (especially Todd and Seth) have always taken great care of me. I went in in probably the busiest time of the year which is right at the end of December, despite that i was greeted and welcomed by Tony Ramirez. When my wife wanted to look for a new SUV, we decided to check with a myriad of dealers in the area. We looked at MAG (Porsche and Range Rover), we looked at Kelly BMW, and we looked at Germain Mercedes at check with a myriad of dealers in the area. The customer service provided by Mr. Tony Ramirez and the entire staff at Crown was far superior to the other dealers that we visited. Tony was always more than willing to respond to all of my questions (and he did so in a very timely manner). He gave me his cell phone number and offered us to call or email him anytime with any questions that we may have during the process. He even offered to drive a new M class to my house to ensure that it would fit in the garage before we finalized our order. We visited Crown on multiple occasions with a young child and Tony was very accommodating for my family. He never lost patience with us. When we went back to Crown (after about a month of looking at the competition), he still remembered my wife's name, daughter's name, my profession, and other items that we talked about on our first visit.
