We've owned a number of brands from Germany, the U.S., and Japan, but never had a Mercedes-Benz in the garage. After a great deal of research, we had narrowed the field to two makers, the other being and Japan, but never had a Mercedes-Benz in the garage. Our first visit was to Crown Eurocars, frankly because we expected to be buying from the other folks. Andrew Ruck came out to speak to us. He showed us everything we expressed an interest in. He listened carefully when we discussed our tastes, answered our questions, and showed us a test-drive route that covered all the usual central-Ohio road surfaces. He also introduced us to other folks, including a service manager and a service technician. All the people we met were very pleasant and personable, including random encounters with people passing by in their normal activities. At the other dealership we were met with less warmth, and the quality of the cars paled in comparison. We went back to Crown. Andrew put a lot of time into helping us select the right car -- we hadn't even settled on a model when the conversation started. We narrowed it down and had what we thought was just about the perfect car (well, that one thing was less than ideal...) -- Andrew had some cosmetic parts changed out to accommodate our taste. I will say that delivery took longer on this car than for any other car I ever bought. There were two reasons for that: (1) Andrew went to great lengths to make sure the care was "just so" and to make sure we had met everyone and seen everything we needed to, and (2) this car has way more features than any car I've purchased before, and Andrew made sure I was introduced to the capabilities. I will say I have never encountered a business endeavor more determined to be available than Mercedes-Benz and Crown Eurocars. Email, telephone, an iPhone app, plus the satellite communication system with roadside assistance - and the Navigation system will help you locate a Mercedes-Benz dealership should you be in unfamiliar territory. CJ was GREAT!!! He was really down to earth, friendly and nice to my whole family. We really appreciated the time he spent assisting us with the purchase of our car.
