He worked with my patiently, guiding me to find the right car with the right monthly payment. In time, I approached Doug with a final decision to purchase a new 2013 ML. I had specific features that I wanted in the ML and although the cars had just barely started arriving in dealerships, Doug worked promptly to find the exact car that I wanted.
