They suck I’m honestly disgusted with the service department and the manager Gary at that department and his manipulation. He wanted nothing to do with getting I’m honestly disgusted with the service department and the manager Gary at that department and his manipulation. He wanted nothing to do with getting my car looked at and he made that very obvious and lies. I got my brakes and rotors fixed there- $640 later and two weeks later the brakes were makin a grinding sound so I called them. So I spoke to a very nice person on the phone and told him the issue and how is wasn’t consistently doing this and he said come in but at the time I drop it off 3:30 they can’t Look at car so to leave it and my appointment was for 6:30 the next morning. So I brought my car in at 3:30 yesterday and Gary was giving me the run around saying if it wasn’t a consistent noise they couldn’t look at it even though I knew it was the brakes. Ended up leaving my car there yesterday and my appointment was 6:30 this morning and my car still hasn’t been looked at and Gary lied to me and is giving me the run around probably because they made the mistake and won’t get any money for this More

Used car purchase I recently bought a 2013 Edge from the used car dept. at Crown Ford. The price was not negotiatable but the car is pristine and the condition was bett I recently bought a 2013 Edge from the used car dept. at Crown Ford. The price was not negotiatable but the car is pristine and the condition was better than the models I've shopped elsewhere. The mileage was just 26k. Also I was able to extend the Ford warranty. Kevin was patient and helpful to me. It was a pleasant experience making this major purchase. When the title came in the mail, My wife noticed the wrong lien holder listed. We called Kevin and he got right on it. It was a DMV error. Asha who works in the office took the time to have DMV correct this. I don't know how she did it and I'm happy to say it's corrected. I've the car three months now and it's like brand new and fun to drive. I would recommend buying a car there. More
