purchased a Ford F-150 truck from Crown Ford in Lynbrook, NY I originally found the vehicle online A few days later I stopped at the dealership (after work) to look at the vehicle. I felt rushed and pressu NY I originally found the vehicle online A few days later I stopped at the dealership (after work) to look at the vehicle. I felt rushed and pressured to test drive the vehicle. I told a Ryan (salesman) I came in to look at the vehicle, and was not ready to make a purchase. Ryan eagerly rushed me into taking a test drive. After the test drive he began asking me questions regarding purchasing the vehicle and leaving a deposit. Stating “let’s do a credit application, in addition leave as little as $100 and we can hold the vehicle for you”. Feeling pressured I left the deposit. Ryan called me a few days later, eventually I went back to the dealership. One week later I returned and purchased the vehicle. After leaving the dealership a gust of air was blowing trough the Drvier closed door. The door was improperly aligned (as if someone had tried to break-in) That was the source of the air coming in. I returned to the dealership to resolve this issue. The service department was able to resolved some of the air issues The next day I examined the entire vehicle. Not only was the door not properly aligned, the bumpers (front and back) were uneven, scratched, and cracked. At this point I ran a CarFax. The report showed the vehicle had been involved in a front end crash. I immediately to Crown Ford and waited for the salesman. He told me the air bags did not go off. This was considered a “small accident” and that the dealership did not have to make me aware. I ask Ryan (salesman) if the body shop could properly align the door, fender, and the hood. I was told “NO” and that I should have noticed this prior to making the purchase. The door shakes, and air comes through the large gap. When I am driving, Secondly the vehicle stink of cigarette smoke. I work long hours and sadly I could only visit the dealership at night. Disappointed in Crown Ford, Ryan (salesman) and Bob Carra (Owner & GM). Mr Carra would not even look at my vehicle, he stated talk to The salesman. I am now stuck with a vehicle that was in an accident, The hood door and fender are not aligned properly and stinks of cigarette smoke. I work hard for my money, I kick my self in the butt each time I drive my truck and see how I was taken advantage of. Thank you Crown Ford for taking advantage of me. I am now left holding the bag……. More

Disappointed after years of going here I went in to check engine light and headlight / brake light replacement. Everything was fine for 3 days and my engine light came back on again. I spen I went in to check engine light and headlight / brake light replacement. Everything was fine for 3 days and my engine light came back on again. I spend $700 plus to get it fixed and now I need to bring my car back in again. Its a big waste of my time. I feels light I spend $700 just for someone to replace light blubs. More
