More Untruths and Layers of Falsehood Here I am again, writing reviews about the untruths and conniving methods of the service center at Crown Ford, Paid 2500 for extended warranty two yea Here I am again, writing reviews about the untruths and conniving methods of the service center at Crown Ford, Paid 2500 for extended warranty two years ago, they told me it covered everything from bumper 2 bumper, as another dealership I am told me should have asked them what it did not cover. Told me Tuesday my bill would be 150$ and not shot one at me for 293$ beside what the extended warranty covered....God help the warranty company( I think). We are talking about a Platinum Ford Truck 2017---bought it early 2019 and it had issues then and I had to spit fire, threaten, run blood pressure up, do review on every car dealership site available. STAY AWAY FROM CROWN FORD. Go to LaFayette Ford, Crown Ford personnel will tell untruths, misconstrue, restrain the truth, and anything else they can to rob the" cradle". I am a retired school administrator, businessman, and law abiding American citizen, but this is the kind of stuff that is putting America in jeopardy by compounding the issues we already face. They told me to change oil, lubricate, balance tires, rotate tires , and 5th flust the radiator that would cost 730$--what, thank goodness i had enough sound mind to say no to that..
