I recently brought in my 2012 Dodge Charger for scheduled oil change. While I was waiting for services to be done on my car I was browsing around and met Brandon Payne. He had asked if he could assist me with anything and I had told him I was considering trading in a ford fusion for a small SUV and more family oriented vehicle. He suggested we take a look at the inventory and upon looking we had found a 2012 Jeep Liberty that was exactly what I was looking for. Brandon went and got the keys and we took it for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable of the features of this vehicle and had proved to me that it would be a wise choice for purchase. After much time and patience we were able to work out a deal and do the trade, I am very happy about the new vehicle and will be picking it up today. He was very courteous and respectful to my needs. He went above and beyond the duty to fulfill the sales experience. Brandon had told me he was a new salesman and this was his first sale. I say it was a complete success. Best wishes to him. When I first commenced my purchase, I started with a new salesman. While he was friendly and tried to help as much as he could, he did not know the Fiat brand very well. Between the time I ordered my new car and delivery, the newer salesman left the dealership and Shannon took over my transaction. He did a great job of following up and ensuring all the details that were negotiated during the initial ordering were taken care of smoothly. Ensuring things like my trade in was handled correctly, the after market leather seats were installed timely and professionally, and that all the paperwork was processed smoothly. Overall I would recommend Crown Fiat and especially Shannon as a sales rep. More

He called that same afternoon and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be and he called me to let me know I could come pick it up. No hassle, no unnecessary paperwork, a very friendly service experience. Jeff Milsaps was extremely helpful when I brought in my 2010 Jeep. The A/C was blowing hot air on a very hot Chattanooga day, I thought my compressor was bad. After Jeff and his service team did a thorough review they couldn't pinpoint the problem because half way through their evaluation the A/C started blowing cold air again. So because the problem seem to "fix" itself Jeff and his team could not recommend replacing the compressor with confidence. To avoid costly and unnecessary repair of my vehicle Jeff recommended that I bring the car back if the A/C started acting up again. I told him "thanks" for being honest with me because the compressor would have sent me back about $900.00. Jeff said that he would rather I "be a customer for life, then for a day." Thanks Jeff!!
