My Audi S5 had substantial damage to its front end that required hood, front grille and quarter panel replacement as well as other cosmetic work. My car looks great post repair. I do have a headlight which was replaced that has condensation but a substitute is already in the queue. Overall, superb experience! More

I was referred to Crown Automotive Collision on 10/26/2020 for some scratches that I had on my new 2020 Kia Optimum. I only had the car about 1 1/2 months when I took a trip to Virginia in it, whil 10/26/2020 for some scratches that I had on my new 2020 Kia Optimum. I only had the car about 1 1/2 months when I took a trip to Virginia in it, while I was there I had the car cleaned and noticed later that afternoon that there were scratches on the front side above the tire on both sides of the car. I have been trying to find out how to get them fixed as I have Five Diamond Finish on my car and was at my wits end, then Michelle Trippi came to me looked at the scratches and said we will get this buffed out for you in no time at all. What an amazing job the gentleman did on my car (Thank you so very much) and Michelle from the beginning until I drove away was so professional, kind & made me one very happy person. For a car repair, this was a lovely experience. I was impressed with how they communicated--updating me every step of the way and obtaining the insurance coverage and approval when needed.
