Walking to the car I was supposed to test drive, I passed a gorgeous demo. I did the test drive and could not get the other one with the smart dash out of my head. It was over our budget. Lisa saw my "agony", never was pushy. We left and went back to our old dealer to see if we could get a deal.We did not. While we were there, Crown called and offered us the best deal ever. Next day we had lunch at Crown, did 0 % financing there, traded in our car and left with the one I really wanted for us. Lisa Guttery proved to be very knowledgeable, funny, nothing like the car sales people, I encountered in many years of car buying. It is the way to buy, no doubt. More

Second time there and well taken care of After bringing in my Pontiac for the recall, I had several "lights" come on to indicate something was wrong, again! So I took it back to Crown, and sp After bringing in my Pontiac for the recall, I had several "lights" come on to indicate something was wrong, again! So I took it back to Crown, and spoke with Bill Hevel to have them check it out. I thought it was my ABS computer. They did a thorough inspection, and luckily it was not the computer, just a few sensors. I asked for a quote to compare them with local mechanics. They were only $70 more and I was getting GM parts, instead of after market. Mind you 2 of those sensors were already replaced last year, and were after market. I expressed concern about not having a vehicle since I do so much running around, and my husband needs his car. Here is where they have again exceeded expectations, without a second thought they gave me a loaner vehicle to use for the weekend while they fixed mine. Every time I am there the entire staff is polite, and attentive. As a matter of fact I'll be back soon for a new belt, because I know I can trust them! More

Better than new After our accident, I went to Crown Collision to obtain an estimate. While there Steve Lucas came out and took pictures of my car. I was able to give him the insurance information and that was the extent of my involvement in this claim. Steve explained that the center would need 3-4 days for repair but that I could drive it in the meantime. When I received confirmation of my claim from the insurance company, I made my appointment and the car was ready within the stated time frame. When we picked up our car, Steve came out with us and explained exactly what had been done to the car. We could not ask for better service than what we received at the Crown Collision Center and I would recommend this center to anyone I speak with. More

Mike Stickney in particular has helped me on all three occasions, and I would recommend him to friends, families, and strangers alike. It is a fantastic business full of courteous and friendly employees always willing to help. Not only that, they go above and beyond. Mike in particular did me a huge favor and helped me out with a predicament between my insurance company and I.
