seat repair This repair was a requote of an insurance claim after an accident. The broken seat was not discovered until 2 weeks after the initial repair. I called left a message with the address, emailed him with the address and phone number. Never heard from him again. Finally went somewhere else. Guess they didn't need the business! More

Both times I used Crown Automotive Collision Center; both times Chuck Stickney was my services representative and both times I have received superb service that took care of my needs. It is always frustrating to have to go to the process of adjusters, wait times for approvals and repairs and not having MY CAR to drive, however Chuck took the time to explain what was happening, scheduling my repairs so I didn't have to rent a car for very long (as I don;t have rental coverage) and making my car look like new. I have told everyone I know that if they have to have collision repair to come to Crown. Thanks again, Chuck and all Crown staff. More
Good work, but poor communication to customer (ME) We brought our car into the collision center on Dec 8 for a damaged hood, roof and broken windshield. We were told that they were "not to Busy, at that time). The next day I rec'd a call stating that the pictures for the estimate had been sent to the Ins co (BY Honda Collision). A week later I still had not heard anything. On Dec 18th I called because I still had not rec'd any updates and they stated holiday time, etc. I was told it would be ready on the 22cd, not ready- will be done one the 24th, glass problem, maybe the 26th but got it back on the 28th. The work was good except for small glass shards on the dash. but we were disappointed in the communication until I complained to the Manager on the 18th. They did provide compensation for the rental as a good jester, that was very nice. More

On the way to the dealer, we where hit in the rear as we waited for the light to change. After having the tire rotation done, we went over to the collision center for an estimate.. Michelle handled the process from quote to completion. I could not be happier with the service we received or the repairs performed. Take Friday off......you all deserve it. More

Very Impressive I had relatives in the collision business and learned at an early age how to professionally paint vehicles, including metal flake and pearl. Thus, I am EXTREMELY particular about the process and especially the final outcome. My 2013 Audi A7 was returned when promised and the results were absolutely perfect. Michelle Trippi was terrific and I even had a brief conversation with Mike Elliott. I am a customer with extremely high expectations and Crown Collision provided all that I expected! More
