Like it never even happened!!! My wife and I both hit the front of our 2012 Benz E550 (with the super-low front end) on parking curbs. She worked it over and I finished it off. The parking curb pulled the front bumper cover almost completely off and it required complete replacement along with front right fender. Crown Collision did a fantastic job making the replacements/repairs so that it looks like brand new again. The car has only 24,000 miles on it and really does look brand new. Our Estimator originally was Tom Mathews and our final estimator to deliver the car to us was Frank Resti. Both of them were professional and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with them both. Workmanship was great, took too long, car was filthy inside Michelle Trippi was good and the job was done well HOWEVER - it took 2 weeks to replace one light and paint 3 side panels - way too long. My car was damaged from an air-hose or something hitting it at the front but the guy fixed most of it it before I left - leaving 2-3 small chips in the paint. It had been earlier vacuumed out as the floor carpets had been cleaned but the car had a fine layer of "body shop" dust throughout the entire interior - it was filthy inside. The car must have sat outside in the heat for 2 weeks as the windshield wipers were fried from the sun and now make terrible noise as they move back and forth. Never Responded I submitted a request for an appointment thru their website. It states once submitted you will be contacted by customer service specialist, it is now 4 business days later and no one has contacted me. I decided to call in and the first two times no one answered the phone, on my third attempt I finally reached a receptionist. She transferred me, but it went to someone's voicemail, which I left a message, again no one returned my call. I called today and spoke to the receptionist and told her no one was calling me back, she attempted to help, but said the earliest I could bring my car in for repair is the 20th and today is the 9th. I guess if you are just to busy to call customers back then your just to busy. I will be going elsewhere. More
