Crown Collision Center I had a Great Estimator named Frank Resti. He made everything go so smoothly when I had to get a new bumper put on my car. No More Climbing Through the Back! For months, I had a driver's side, outside door handle that was literally hanging on by a thread. In order to get into the driver's seat, I had to cli For months, I had a driver's side, outside door handle that was literally hanging on by a thread. In order to get into the driver's seat, I had to climb through the back of the car, or reach my arm from the back door area to reach the front inside door handle. Several times a day, each and every day made this a tedious process. I was referred to Crown Hyundai and my replacement part was ordered right away. There was a bit of delay with getting the part painted, but once I had the opportunity to work with Keith Dull, the process ran very smoothly! Keith coordinated locating my part and getting it to the collision center for painting. Once the painting process was initiated, Keith called me promptly with an estimate. He again contacted me when my part was ready to be installed, and helped me to arrange an appointment for installation (which wouldn't conflict with my work schedule). At checkout, Tatianna was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. My first experience with Crown Hyundai was a very pleasant one. I would give them the highest recommendation!
