Despite being on heavy overload and during the drama of the corona virus' start she picked up my portfolio and ensured the rapid and effective repair of my car. What great people! They really care about delivering a quality experience for the client. I will avoid ever having my car damaged again, but if it happens I will have it towed to Crown because of these people. More

Christina Perez kept in touch with me through every step of the way on getting my auto repaired. She is very knowledgable on repairs and the whole insurance process. She made me really feel at ease while of the way on getting my auto repaired. She is very knowledgable on repairs and the whole insurance process. She made me really feel at ease while waiting for my auto which was finished 2 weeks earlier than I expected. The whole staff was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Crown Collision for any scrape, bump or smash you need fixed. My auto looks better than when I bought it. Christina even personally wiped it down twice with disenfectant before I got in. I appreciate all the workers for being there during our stay-at-home order. I would have hugged her if I didn't have to stay 6 ft away! Thank you again for everything! Their work also has a lifetime warranty. They have an Enterprise rental car on premises too. MO More
