The vehicle looks like it was never in an accident and drives just like it did from the factory. 5+ stars. Even with three follow ups for minor things he took care of them in a same day visit and never made me feel like I was putting him or the garage out for the visit. Words cant describe, properly, how pleased I am with not only the collision center work but Christina Perez. From the start, she made communication and the whole process so seamless. She told me some other things I should get looked at. The whole team went way above and beyond with everything they did from dealing with the insurance companies, guiding me on how I can my my insurance to pay for what I was looking for, allowing me to self pay on other things I wanted done as well. A HUGE thank you to her and the body/paint guys who touched up the mess I made too. I will definitely bring my mercedes back to them if I ever want/need something else done. the paint work, body work and care are much appreciated!
