I had warranty work done - the paint was peeling on my 2015 MDX. Crown was awesome! I dropped off my car with David and he drove me up to Acura for my loaner car. Anyone who has ever been in a car accident dreads the hassle of being without a vehicle, getting repair estimates, scheduling for a car rental – everything that goes with the process. Since my car was only a little over1 year old and was bought from Crown Honda, I didn’t hesitate in using Crown Collision for the car repairs and boy was I glad I did. Christina and the rest of the staff were excellent and very pleasant to work with. Christina was very efficient and got me set up with a rental and kept me updated almost daily on the progress of the repairs which I never expected to get but was extremely pleased and happy to get. This was the best customer service that I’ve received – anywhere – for a very very long time and if her and the rest of the staff could rub their pleasantness on others, it sure would make this world a much happier place to be.
