Called the service department due to engine noise when cold starting. They gave me an appointment date and stated they would order the parts needed estimated cost $5000.00. I brought the truck in, they called and stated they missed diagnosed the issue it was an issue with the turbos. They need one more day to get the parts and install same, estimated cost $500.00. WOW, they saved me $4500.00. Danny stated he didn't want to put the originally ordered parts in if that wasn't going to fix my issue. Great communication throughout the process. In the past, I believe for various general maintenance (Brakes, oil changes) the cost seemed to be in line. Recently, when I went to get my oil changed< i asked about what they called "The Works". I asked (Brakes, oil changes) the cost seemed to be in line. Recently, when I went to get my oil changed< i asked about what they called "The Works". I asked what the difference would be between the oil change and the works I was told about $10 more. Although the also did the tire rotation, checking the fluids (See below). If I only needed an oil change, it should not as much as the $10 less. The Works Package* Synthetic Blend Oil Change and More Tire Rotation and Pressure Check Brake Inspection Vehicle Checkup Fluid Top-Off Battery Test Filter Check Belts and Hoses Check Also, they indicated I would needed to replaced the "Lug Nuts" because they were getting swollen. Finally they indicated I had a very minor oil leak in a gasket and I needed the rear brakes replaced very soon. The cost for these items would be almost the monthly cost of buying a new car; which they try to entice me to "Upgrade to a new car by their frequent emails . I have decided to find a good reliable local dealer who I can get good and reliable maintenance without getting the "Upsell" for a new car. More
