The Quick Lube has always been expedient in handling my car service and I have not encountered any problems when bringing my Edge in for service. The service Manager Al Jones, is condescending, rude and disrespectful with me as a long time customer of this review regarding Ford Of Wake Forrest. The service Manager Al Jones, is condescending, rude and disrespectful with me as a long time customer of this dealership. My car has been in service for repair since August 2023. The last repair, as there have been several related to the initial service of the car, the under carriage was missing 7 bolts and of course it fell. The car continues to shake after the transmission was replaced. In relaying this to the service manager and I stated that the technician informed me that the bolts were missing and after driving the car, did observe that the car was shaking at 50mph or over. I have several items to included, but I will be contacting to owner of this dealership, Mr. Allen Boyd and the CEO of Ford Motor Company. More

Crossroads Ford performed fixes for two recalls on my 2021 Ford Explorer. Crossroads made my appointment within a reasonable time and performed the work as expected.
