I replied Within minutes Alex Cramarossa made contact regarding the 2024 Ranger I had inquired about and was promptly given an out the door price. I replied asking about price matching another dealer and with in minutes the deal was made. With in two days I made the two hour drive and took delivery. In the past, I believe for various general maintenance (Brakes, oil changes) the cost seemed to be in line. Recently, when I went to get my oil changed< i asked about what they called "The Works". I asked (Brakes, oil changes) the cost seemed to be in line. Recently, when I went to get my oil changed< i asked about what they called "The Works". I asked what the difference would be between the oil change and the works I was told about $10 more. Although the also did the tire rotation, checking the fluids (See below). If I only needed an oil change, it should not as much as the $10 less. The Works Package* Synthetic Blend Oil Change and More Tire Rotation and Pressure Check Brake Inspection Vehicle Checkup Fluid Top-Off Battery Test Filter Check Belts and Hoses Check Also, they indicated I would needed to replaced the "Lug Nuts" because they were getting swollen. Finally they indicated I had a very minor oil leak in a gasket and I needed the rear brakes replaced very soon. The cost for these items would be almost the monthly cost of buying a new car; which they try to entice me to "Upgrade to a new car by their frequent emails . I have decided to find a good reliable local dealer who I can get good and reliable maintenance without getting the "Upsell" for a new car. More
Dropped my truck off Sunday night for a Monday a. m. appt with Danny A. I received zero contact from Ford about my truck the entire day. I called once to check on the status around 2pm; was told by so m. appt with Danny A. I received zero contact from Ford about my truck the entire day. I called once to check on the status around 2pm; was told by someone that the tech was test driving my truck to try and see how it was running and that he would return in about 15 minutes. By 5:25pm I still had not received a call from Ford, so I called several times to speak to ANY Ford manager and was told that two of them had left for the day. I finally spoke with Louis (who was very apologetic) and was told that the tech had to leave for a family emergency (understandable; I don't fault him for that); I told Louis that I was coming to pick up my truck and that I was very upset about not being called about my truck AT ALL. At the very least, a manager should have stepped in to let me know what was going on. Louis had the paperwork for my truck, but told me that it was for the office, so I don’t know what was done to my truck (AND I WANT TO KNOW). Danny A. did call to apologize after someone informed him about how upset I was. That was my first time using the service dept. and the first time that I received poor service. I’m back to square one with my truck. The check engine light is still on, and I still don’t have any answers. More
