Over and above on my experience with a warranty issue on a rear door window regulator that would not operate along with having grandkids in town that had to sit in the backseat in car seats. Called the service department due to engine noise when cold starting. They gave me an appointment date and stated they would order the parts needed estimated cost $5000.00. I brought the truck in, they ca cold starting. They gave me an appointment date and stated they would order the parts needed estimated cost $5000.00. I brought the truck in, they called and stated they missed diagnosed the issue it was an issue with the turbos. They need one more day to get the parts and install same, estimated cost $500.00. WOW, they saved me $4500.00. Danny stated he didn't want to put the originally ordered parts in if that wasn't going to fix my issue. Great communication throughout the process.
