Had just come in from vacation where we had rented a 2013 Explorer, decided to stop by the dealership on the way home to price the Explorer. Also he got me a good trade value on my sport trac. It was so pretty outside that we even did all the paperwork on the table outside! How many salesman do you know that would do that. Okay, so human beings are not perfect - BUT... the folks at CrossRoads Ford Wake Forest are about as close as you could hope for! First, we have the benefit of Ford employee plan via a retired Ford employee, SO... we can buy from ANY dealership and receive the exact same pricing (except these guys always seem to give MORE for our trade-in). HOWEVER, we drove past 3 other dealerships in order to do business with the good folks at CrossRoads in Wake Forest! Why would we do this? These guys go the extra mile to ensure that you are getting every penny's worth of benefit from your purchase, the MOST for your trade-in, a complete understanding of all paperwork, the best interest/financing available - and a wonderful experience over-all. In addition, their service department is on time every time and also puts forth the extra effort to ensure that you are receiving the maximum benefit from your purchase. In addition to the folks mentioned in our most recent experience, we have personal knowledge of many other staff such as: Tommy, Kenny, Catfish, Joe "D", Lisa, Richie, Bob, Mike, Rodney and Jackson as well as the sweet receptionist Adrian! We would not hesitate a moment to engage in a business transaction with any of these great folks! We have obviously bought here before... and yes, we have bought a few previously from "the other guys"... a big mistake we will not make again! If you're the type of person who wants to ensure you are getting a truly good deal - without all the hassle - then this is where you want to do business. If, on the other hand, you're the type who wants to shop all over town... well, in my opinion, you are wasting your time and gas - and believe me... I know, first hand! Do yourself a favor and simply drop in and explain what you hope to accomplish. Be realistic - no one is going to GIVE you a new/used auto... you've got to be willing to offer a reasonable profit. BUT, within the bounds of reasonableness - CrossRoads Ford, Wake Forest cannot be beat! More

I was very happy with the experience at Crossroads Ford in Wake Forrest. I had purchased a used vehicle from them years ago and received great service, so when it was time to replace it I felt comfortable in Wake Forrest. Our salesman Bob Kingsbery was plesant and patient, and I felt he cared more about us getting the right car for our needs so we would be happy with it than about him making a big sale. Bob has been helpful after ther sale with any questions I call him about, as this was my first new car purchase; he has made the experience a great one. More

I was very happy with my salesman,Bob. He worked very hard to get me in my Ford Escape and took care of me very well to see I had an understanding of how Satellite radio and phone hook up worked. We have purchased from this dealership in the past and have actually walked away from it because of poor service. This time, I will have to say working with Joe DiLorenzo for the actual sale and Chris Williams for the financing was a fantastic experience. Joe and Chris made the process fun. I know it's business, but Joe actually made you feel like we were all family and have known each other forever. Service is a number one for us. We had many of our problems in the past with the service dept. We have yet needed them, so time will tell if they have changed or not. As for the sales department, huge 5's and a big thank you. More
